“I founded Teach Outdoors because I am passionate about getting children learning outside. As an experienced primary teacher, I realised first hand the benefits of utilising outdoor spaces for teaching and learning. Since 2015, I’ve supported teachers and schools nationwide to embed outdoor learning and use it as a whole school tool to raising standards. I’m a qualified Forest School and Beach School Practitioner, an outdoor mental health specialist, as well as a dyslexia specialist. I am really interested in supporting dyslexic learners through enriched, active learning outdoors. I love teaching children the skills they need to achieve their potential in life. Now is the time to take a proactive approach to supporting our future generations and I believe outdoor learning is one way we can accomplish this.”
