Teach Outdoors provides flexible, relationship-led Alternative Provision for children and young people who may be experiencing anxiety, emotionally based school avoidance, SEND or other barriers to accessing education.
We combine outdoor environments, purposeful activity, active learning and trusted relationships, with support shaped around the individual child or young person.
Small-group woodland provision
Relationship-led sessions using outdoor environments, practical activity, exploration and nature connection.
1:1 Active Learning and Home Support
Bespoke learning based around the young person’s strengths and interests, delivered at home, in the community or another appropriate environment. Where the young person is ready to learn we introduce Functional Skills.
Transition Support
Carefully planned support to help children and young people move towards their next placement, provision or stage of education.
Bespoke EOTAS Packages
We can work alongside families, schools, Local Authorities and other professionals to support personalised packages of education and support.
Regulate → Relate → Re-engage → Ready
We begin by creating an environment where the young person can feel safe, understood and able to regulate.
From there, we build trusted relationships, support re-engagement with learning and help each young person move towards a meaningful next stage.
We welcome enquiries from schools, Local Authorities, professionals and families.
