You know the benefits of outdoor learning, and you know it could work wonders for your school, children and community. But how do you get started on actually implementing it? Our Growing As A Leader and Change Management training will give Outdoor Learning Leads an opportunity to develop as a leader, support the shaping of your outdoor learning project and provide you with the research and evidence that you need to ensure your project is a success.
Successful implementation of whole-school outdoor learning requires everybody to be on the same page. We’ll provide specialist training sessions for your core subject leads to show them the benefits of outdoor learning for the pupil’s in your school. And we’ll give them a wealth of practical resources so that they can get started.
